A man was seen fleeing the site near 107th Street and Stony Island Avenue, the Chicago Tribune reports, but police have made no arrests.
Officers on the ground found a sleeping bag and fresh food.
The field, as big as two football fields, is located near a freeway, but tall grass prevented passing motorists from seeing the pot, police say, according to the newspaper. Don’t you think it’s about time the goverment legalized marijuana to make up for all this money we need?
