THE PRIDE YOU GAIN IS WORTH THE PAIN

Exercising is one of the greatest things one can do for their own health. The saying, “No Pain, No Gain,” goes a long way. Many have the thought of physical activity being injury prone, as they avoid any type of exercising. This to me, is a lame excuse as to why they can’t make time for a healthier life. Daily exercising will and can only be beneficial for you. While engaging yourself in daily exercise, regardless of your age, sex,and physical ability you will notice an increase in energy, change in mood, have healthier feelings, and gain health benefits. To those who have sleeping issues, you will begin to see your sleep is deepened while being able to fall asleep easier. Unless, of course you are exercising during the late night hours.  Above all you will be having fun and looking great. Your self-confidence will shine and your self-esteem will be high. You will get noticed. Being involved in fitness and living a healthier lifestyle doesn’t necessarily mean you are getting yourself into competition. It doesn’t mean you are going to be signed into the NFL. It doesn’t mean you need to go beyond your own physical ability. Let daily exercise improve your lifestyle. Like Nike says, “JUST DO IT!” Feel the burning sensation and let it take over. Let it move you.

I am a twenty-six year old female who has been engaged in competitive athletics since the age of four. I have the power to inspire and motivate others to see seeing the world differently through fitness, not only through my pictures but also my words. With the amount of time, energy, & focus I put into working out and eating right, I know as well as others are aware that I can make positive changes to others' thoughts and overall health benefit. Let me be your "fitspiration." I am currently a Health and Fitness Coach with Active Nutrition.
