Canadian Rap Renegade Apollo represents the true essence of Hip Hop. His latest single, “Love Is A Battlefield,” is an incredible song by the rapper.The hook is a sample of Pat Benetar’s classic hit “Love Is A Battlefield.” In the song he professes his love for Hip Hop and likens the music industry to a battlefield. Apollo makes it clear that honing his mic skills and developing himself as an artist is his main priority The light, percussion-laced beat combined with Apollo’s above par lyricism results into a song that’s a bona fide hit. Inborn talent isn’t enough to take you to the top of the Hip Hop game. You also need the steadfastness to follow through on those big dreams. Luckily Apollo is well-stocked with both.
