How did you start in the music industry?
My dad was in bands and on tour a lot when I was a kid so I was always surrounded by music. At an early age, I started singing and rocking out to Green Day and never stopped. As I got older things got more serious and I started tour a lot and play major festivals and that was my motivation to keep going.

Growing up did you have favorite artist?
I listen to all kinds of music, but I’d say Green Day was probably the most influential band I grew up listening to.

Did you grow up with a large family?
My family is massive (especially on my mom’s side).

What do you do in your free time?
I have a day job working for an influencer marketing company and travel a lot for work. So really my day to day is work-music-sleep-repeat. It doesn’t change too much from there and that’s how I like it.

What’s the biggest city you’ve been to?
Well I live in NY so I’d say that’s probably the biggest city I’ve been to. Hoping to travel the world soon and check out some other urban giants.

What do you love most about playing music, particularly in Vacances?
The music I played before was really pop based and this band just allows us to let loose a little more. We’ll always have some pop to us but we get to be a bit more edgy and raw in Vacances.

What’s your favorite and least favorite part about performing live?
I don’t think there is anything bad about performing live. We love it all. I guess the hardest part is if your soundcheck isn’t great. That always makes us or any band nervous.

What’s your favorite place to create and perform music?
99% of the time I’m sitting in my bed with headphones on. However, I love being in the recording studio. It just gets pricy ;).
