How did you start modeling?
I began modeling when I was 19. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a lot of “modeling school” scams and it left me with with a very negative view of the industry. After attending college, having a baby and settling down, I began modeling again and working as my own agent and booking jobs that PAID, instead of auditioning constantly. It has been an amazing adventure and has taken me all over the world.

Where are you from?
I am a native Texan. Born in Garland Texas and raised in a town north of Houston. At age 17 I moved out and to Houston!

Growing up who did you listen to?
In the mornings on the way to school, my Dad would listen to Roy Orbison and Patsy Cline, so old country has a very special place in my heart. But my favorite band growning up was Chicago…and anyone who knows me can tell you that…however, when I wasn’t listening to my fav band I would jam everything from The Chronic album to STP.

What inspires you?
My daughter inspires me daily. She’s the most amazing PERSON I have ever met.

What’s the biggest city you’ve been to?
I suppose the largest city in the U.S. would be NY and internationally London.

What’s your most favorite city to visit?
Such a difficult question! I am very much an island girl. The city isn’t really my favorite place to be…but I do love NY and SF at Christmas time.

What destinations do you have on your list to go to before you die?
I’d love to visit the Dominican Republic and or Thailand.

Tell us the motivation behind your career change?
Natural evolution I suppose. I love beauty, makeup, photography and really creating beautiful images. Because of the experience I obtained over the last 10 years working as my own MUA and with the most amazing professional MUAs, it seemed like an effortless transition. I feel the same passion about makeup that I have for modeling.

How can we follow you online?
