Worrying about what someone is doing around you is never good. You want to be in control of your thoughts. Control everything you want to happen. Invest your thoughts on the goals you have at hand. Immerse yourself in your work and make sure you get what you want.
Getting what you want makes you more valuable to the people around you regardless. You can’t walk around thinking who may let you down or how someone will do you wrong. You’re a man. Not saying we don’t have feelings, but you should make sure your thoughts are leading you in the right direction.
