First time mom Jessica Simpson returned to the limelight nabbing the first guest spot on Katie Couric’s new show, Katie.
Simpson’s interview with the amiable Couric marks her first TV appearance since welcoming daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson with fiancé Eric Johnson.
“I’m very nervous!” the fashion designer, 31, confessed as she sat down with Couric. “I just had a lot of pressure on me to lose the baby weight. Today was one of my goals: getting here, feeling comfortable. I feel beautiful today!” Simpson glowed as she sported a form-fitting black mini-dress and black pumps.
