Don’t Give Up

Dear MOTIVATION,

Many would like to know where it is that you’ve ventured off. Moving forward without you is just something that can’t be done. How do you expect us to live without you? There is so much surrounding us that looks ever so delightful, so many mouth-watering foods, the ones that just stare back with those I know you want me eyes. How can you resist? All the new episodes coming on this week, who has time for anything else? All the latest Fall fashion items being put on display, we must get to the malls.

Don’t lose track of what you’ve started when you feel as if you are alone. Don’t give up. Keep those goals that you’ve plotted in your mind, jotted down in your journal, or shared with others and stay with working towards that progression. You may feel as if you are alone at times because everyone else seems to be busy or rather be doing something else but think of the other few million that are in it for the long haul as well, alone, working on their fitness goals and it may help to ease that feeling. You are working on improving your own health and well-being, not anyone elses’ so don’t allow others to drag you down or unmotivate you. I know it can be difficult at times but you can pull through it and get over those bumps in the road. GOALS, GOALS, GOALS you can get to them.
