You ever started to do something and got so far into it and didnt’ know where to go next? Avoid this by developing a fundamental plan of what you want to do and how you want things to turn out. Before you even start your plan ask yourself these questions.
How you want your plan to go?
Do you want to work a part-time job while going for your own business or do you want to go full time in the job you really want to do.
What will you do if you fail?
No one really likes to think about failure, but it’s healthy in business. If you fail you need to know what’s going to be your plan of action for your next move.
How long will it take?
Be realistic with yourself and your family. How long will it take you to achieve your goals and get things to start rolling the way you need to.
You can have an amazing vision or idea of going to Florida from Boston, but if you don’t have the directions to get there or at least the first few steps you need to take to get you going in the right direction, You’ll have a hard time putting your feet in the sand somewhere in Texas. Likewise if your strategy has no clear path how do you think you’ll end up?
