Its olympic season! Bring on the all-time battle of the world’s countries both big and small. Not only is this time of year competitive from an athletic standpoint, but we have embarked upon a showdown in the world of fashion.
With Ralph Lauren representing the USA, and Stella Mccartney’s designs gracing the Great Britain squad, both countries are sure sights to see. Mr. Lauren has continued to provide his classic and simplistic style to these garments, which is no surprise since this isn’t his first rodeo as an olympic sponsor. However, there’s an unconventional, fresh take on the gear of the London squad.
Stella shook up the color scheme of the nation’s beloved flag and laid out some designs that left a few with mixed emotions. Nevertheless, we’ll leave you to be the judge of the style war winner.
