Brent Michelle’s relatable lyrics expose the truth behind untold thoughts. She tells stories of her own life and others dear to her. There’s nothing she loves more than performing in front of the energy of an audience. That is where she finds inspiration to keep pursuing her art.
Brent recently received endorsement from Zager Guitars. Brent, usually accompanied by John Gannon on the cajon, she performs in local favorite Los Angeles venues such as The Hotel Cafe, The House of Blues, The Mint and Room 5. She has also taken her guitar to New York City (Piano’s) and South Florida (Kitchen 305). Brent also established a residency at the Sheraton Delfina on Saturday evenings.
She released her first EP entitled ‘Becoming’ in March 2010. Brent has been featured in showcases with Planet L.A. Records, Hollywood Music In Media Awards, Studio City Sound, L.A. Women In Music, Jasper Sawyer’s “Evening of Soul” at the House of Blues and UCLA’s Relay For Life Luminaria Ceremony 2009-2011. Her song ‘Dream’ is featured on Jill Bennet and Cathy DeBuono’s web series ‘We Have To Stop Now’.
