THE VIEW – President Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States, is the featured guest , THURSDAY, JULY 29 (11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, ET) on ABC’s “The View,” marking the first time in history a sitting United States President paid a visit to a daytime talk show. President Obama’ s unprecedented appearance is part of the show’s “Red, White & View” campaign, committed to political guests and discussions. President Obama, seen here on the set of “The View” in New York, Wednesday, July 28 with co-hosts including Barbara Walters who made one exclusive in-studio appearance to mark this historic hour. Ms. Walters returns to “The View” full-time in September.
